Website terms of use
Effective: October 1, 2026
These terms cover your use of ortivs.ai (the "site"), run by Ortivs Intelligence, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Ortivs", "we"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
These are website terms only. They don't cover the Ortivs platform or any paid service; those come with their own written agreement.
Our content
The site's text, design, images and code, and the Ortivs name and logo, belong to Ortivs or to the people who license them to us. You're welcome to read the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or sell its content, or use the Ortivs name or logo, without our written permission.
The site's fonts (Fraunces, Manrope and IBM Plex Mono) belong to their authors and are used under the SIL Open Font License.
Using the site and the concierge
Please don't:
- try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or the concierge (good-faith security research is welcome under the rules on our Security page);
- send spam or automated submissions through the concierge;
- send a request in someone else's name or with someone else's details;
- send anything unlawful, harmful or that you don't have the right to share;
- send passwords, keys or other secrets. If we need more, a person will ask.
What you send us
You keep ownership of what you write. By sending a request, you let us store it, read it and use it to answer you, as our Privacy notice describes.
Sending a request doesn't make you a client and doesn't create a contract. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell. We reply to requests, but we may decline any request.
Information on the site
The site describes what Ortivs does today and where it's heading. Some parts describe direction rather than what's available now. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. We may change or remove anything on the site at any time.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, Ortivs makes no warranties of any kind about the site, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will always be available or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Ortivs won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to the greater of US$100 or the fees you paid Ortivs in the 12 months before the claim.
Some places don't allow these exclusions or limits, so some of them may not apply to you.
Other sites
The site may link to other places, such as our pages on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. Those places have their own terms, and we're not responsible for them.
Governing law
Florida law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site goes to the state or federal courts located in Lee County or Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you and Ortivs agree to their jurisdiction. If you're a consumer, you keep any protections the law where you live gives you.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll post the new version here with a new date. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply.
